Quality Calls Report

It has taken a few weeks but Kirsty has completed the quality calls for Oct2012-Dec2012.

We make sure we regularly keep in touch with our service users as we like to receive as much feedback as possible whether it is positive or negative we always welcome the views of others.

For another year we have received outstanding feedback and are so proud of all our carers and office staff for their hard work.
