Every 3 months we organise meetings and quality calls offering you and your family the chance to express your views and opinions on our service. We collate all this information and produce reports that you can have access to at any time.

As well as your experiences and views our service is licensed by the Care Quality Commission, they make sure that the standard of care we provide is up to scratch.
