Social Interventions

As well as our domiciliary service we also offer an Outreach service. We have this as it enables us to help you with daily outings or things like going to the gym, a weekly food shop or maybe even a day trip to the sea side.

When or where ever you may need assistance our highly trained care staff is on hand to give you a helping hand.
